2. Digital Products & Purchases

The Agentic Blueprint sells digital products — specifically PDF guides delivered electronically. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Instant delivery: Products are delivered digitally via email immediately after payment confirmation.
• Non-refundable after download: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the product has been downloaded or delivered. We do not offer refunds after a PDF has been accessed.
• 30-day guarantee (pre-download): If you have not yet downloaded your product and are unsatisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing valentin@theagenticblueprint.com.
• One-time payment: All prices are one-time charges. There are no recurring subscriptions or hidden fees.
• Personal use only: Licenses are granted for personal, non-commercial use by the purchasing individual only.

3. Intellectual Property

All content published on this website and within our PDF guides — including but not limited to text, designs, workflows, frameworks, and code snippets — is the exclusive intellectual property of The Agentic Blueprint and its author.

• You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or republish any part of our guides without explicit written permission.
• You may not share, upload, or distribute the PDF files to third parties.
• You may not use our content to create derivative products for commercial sale.

Prices are displayed in USD. If you purchase from the EU, VAT may be applied at checkout depending on your jurisdiction.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France and applicable European Union regulations.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you retain any mandatory consumer protection rights granted by the laws of your country of residence.
